Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

 

General Information

Our return policy is 14 days, so you have 14 calendar days after receiving your product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the condition it was received, unused and without any wear and tear, with all seals, tags, manuals, accessories and in the original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at info@mindfulchoices.eu, and include your receipt or proof of purchase.

For all returns, with the exception of accepted exchanges, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who will have to send the product, after our approval, to the address of our headquarters, available on the contact information page.

Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, if requested.

You can always contact us to answer any questions via the email address info@mindfulchoices.eu, or by any other means of contact.

 

Products that cannot be returned

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including the following:

  • Books and other paper media
  • CDs, DVDs, Vinyl and other media
  • Digital products, downloads and software
  • Activated or personalized products (e.g., special orders or custom or custom-made items)
  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants)
  • Personal care products (such as beauty products)

We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases (e.g. perfumes).

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on items sold under special conditions, such as on sale or with gift cards.

 

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive an incorrect product so we can assess the situation and begin the exchange process.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges may only be accepted in specific cases, such as:

  • Our processing error, such as sending a different product
  • Products with manufacturing defects or damaged

Please contact us immediately, within 72 hours of receiving your order, if any product is defective, damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, so that we can assess the situation and initiate the shipping insurance process if necessary.

In such cases, after evaluation and acceptance, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as information about the shipping method and the location where you should deliver your package. After receiving and analysing the returned item, we will send the new replacement product at no cost.

 

European Union 14-day cancellation period

Regardless of what is mentioned above, if the items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within a period of 14 days, for any reason and without obligation to provide a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the condition you received it, unused and unworn, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need to present your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refund

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us to check the situation.
