Order Process
The customer selects the desired products and completes the purchase through the shopping cart.
Payment is made through the available methods (e.g., credit card, MBWay, Multibanco, PayPal, among others).
After payment confirmation, the order will be processed and shipped as indicated in the Shipping Policy.
A confirmation email will be sent with the order details and, subsequently, the tracking information.
Mindful Choices reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal or in the European Union country according to the customer's origin, as per legal requirements, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to the final order amount. According to its commercial strategies, Mindful Choices may offer special free shipping conditions.
For international orders outside the European Union and Schengen area, the customer is responsible for any customs duties or local taxes in the destination country.

Warranty
Mindful Choices products available for sale on our website are covered by the Regime Jurídico dos Direitos dos Consumidores na Compra e Venda de Bens, Conteúdos e Serviços Digitais (Decreto-Lei n.º 84/2021, de 18 de outubro). Compliance is guaranteed according to the type of product and the delivery address specified in the order.

Exclusions:
- Partial or total loss of data, programs, or software
- Damage resulting from improper handling, poor installation or configuration, including alterations to the original product
- Damage caused by external electrical failure, accidents, natural disasters, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance
- Damage from incorrect software installation or updates
- Infections by computer viruses and use of software not provided or incorrectly installed
- Normal and natural wear and tear of products, including consumables and parts with a lifespan shorter than the warranty
- Products returned without the original packaging

User Account
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed by the user. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per address, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event of a change or cancellation of an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by unauthorized or illegitimate users.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Union legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product(s), without the need to provide any reason.
